My wife and I have been using Elite Property Management to manage our rental properties in Corvallis, Oregon for over 10 years. We have been very pleased with our relationship with them. The management team has been very professional and responsive to our needs. If we ever have a problem with one of our properties we are very confident that Elite will take care of it quickly and properly. The management team has been quick to find qualified renters to fill any vacancies we might have and are very aware of current rental rates in the market.

When we finished our studies at OSU we moved to Australia for 5 years. During that period Elite managed the properties with little guidance from us. We were very conformable leaving the properties in their capable hands. If there was a problem with a property we were notified quickly and any resolutions required were taken care of immediately.

We could not be more pleased with the job Elite Property Management has done for us and highly recommend them to anyone who is considering using them to manage their properties.
